I have finished engine section of my project RV7A and some parts left in my shop and I have it for sale. All these parts listed below I was preparing for my RV7A project and were carefully selected and checked by my AMO. At the end of 2013 I got opportunity to buy almost new and complete IO 360 M1A which was removed from Diamond DA40. I decided to go in this way and a lot of parts I bought earlier are for sale:
Used injectors out of a working IO360-C1C. In very good conditions - only 170 hours since new - $150, free shipping within Europe. (SOLD)
SLICK Magneto Model 4370 – fully overhauled to 0 hour, including EASA form 1 – $400 plus shipping cost.
SLICK Magneto Model 4382 (the same as 4372) – fully overhauled to 0 hour, including EASA form 1 – $400 plus shipping cost.
5 x Lycoming Cylinders (standard bore), part number LW-12993, all cylinders are 170 hours since factory new and were honed by certified shop - 8130 form or EASA form 1 available. These cylinders can be used in various IO360 200HP engines: C1A, C1C, J1A, A1A, A1E, C1D, and others.
Price: $350 if you buy 1 cylinder or $1400 for all 5 pieces – plus shipping cost
Woodward Prop Governor for Hartzell propellers P/N C210776 - (750 hours since new, checked, fully functional, 60 days warranty) - $200 plus shipping cost
Alternator Kelly Aerospace ALU8521LS 24V plus Voltage regulator Electrodelta VR200-21-1 (750 hours since new) - $100 plus shipping cost
Complete EXHAUST SYSTEM for DIAMOND DA40 – price $250 plus shipping cost. This unit was removed from DIAMOND DA-40 aircraft with Lycoming IO360 M1A – 750 hours since new. Can be used on many other applications using IO360 180 hp engines.
Crossover EXHAUST system for IO360 200HP – price $350 plus shipping cost. This unit was removed from Skybolt aircraft with Lycoming IO360 C1C – only 170 hours since new. Can be used on many other applications using IO360 200 hp engines.
Used but like new Lycoming oil filter base assembly out of IO360-C1C. In very good conditions - only 170 hours since new. Price $100, Free shipping within Europe.
I have also intake pipes for IO 360 M1A. Lycoming p/n 42E22611, 42E22612, 42E22614 and 42E22613 (SOLD)
